By engaging the services of RT Auto Detailing Service LLC, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Scope

RT Auto Detailing Service LLC provides mobile auto detailing services including, but not limited to, exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, and polishing. Specific services are outlined in our service packages.

Pricing and Payments

• Prices for detailing services are as listed on our website or provided in a written quote.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

• Please note that the price of our service is subject to change until a thorough inspection of the vehicle has been completed. We highly recommend providing exterior and interior photos to ensure accurate pricing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee as specified in our policy.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle prior to detailing.

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible upon our arrival, including provision for water and electricity access if required.

Liability and Damage Clause

• RT Auto Detailing Service LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to the Client's vehicle and will make every effort to notify the Client of such damage prior to service commencement.

• Any claims for damages caused by our services must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Weather Conditions

• Services are subject to rescheduling due to severe weather conditions that may impede detailing work.

Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles in excessively poor condition or if the service requested poses a risk to our staff.

Privacy Policy

• Client information collected is for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties.

Amendments

• RT Auto Detailing Service LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

This agreement is binding upon the Client and RT Auto Detailing Service LLC from the date of service engagement and remains in effect until amended or replaced.
